A special sound-absorbing resin – resistant to ultrasound and to high temperatures – is inserted in specific grooves put in special positions that differ according to circular blade diameter. This solution allows noise and vibration to be absorbed, which greatly improves cutting quality and lengthens blade life.
A similar concept but different geometry is applied to blades for industrial panel sizing machines and aluminum processing. Here, too, a special design was studied to maximise the performance of these specialty blades.
This solution offers the highest possible noise abatement. The special “silencers” we have designed make it possible to absorb both longitudinally and transversely the “sound waves” generated during cutting. Advantages: no vibration, better cutting finish, significantly reduced noise levels.
The body of these blades, resulting from our R&D program, tends to stay clean and straight at all times, even in the most demanding machining operations.
Not only, but these blades are corrosion- and rust-resistant, are non-stick, offer less friction during machining, greatly reduce the blade body temperature during cutting, and decrease power consumption. All blades in our catalog can be requested in the “GDA Coated” version.
