We have always strived to anticipate future developments in the industry, guaranteeing continuous improvement of our technical capabilities. We have automated every process to produce faster and with better quality. We are the only company in Italy and one of the few in Europe to produce multi-ripping saw blade with rakers in an entirely automatic way, employing robotic centers for brazing and sharpening the rakers.
All production stages are carried out in-house: processes are monitored, stored on servers and interpreted through software that allows us to optimize productivity. When our customers visit us, they are always impressed by our quality control systems.

Environment-friendly development
Inspired by the beauty of the Dolomites and the lakes of Trentino-South Tyrol, we have always tried to use systems and materials that, in addition to ensuring optimal functionality, are as environmentally friendly as possible and use energy efficiently. In 2010 we built a 150 kW photovoltaic system on the company’s roof, which enables us to produce about 180,000 kW/year, reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by about 20 t/year.
